Assistance was relatively quick and was taken through a whole range with their personal experience plus dreams information. Given time to check multiple mattresses and plenty of options provided. David was very helpful.

The staff at the store especially Paula were very helpful and could not do enough to make sure we found the best mattresses to suit our needs.

It was a very easy and well supported experience. Steph was fantastic, she listened, gave us options, found what we liked very quickly and both the bed and mattress were in stock and are to be delivered 11 days after walking into the shop.
