David, the person who met and attended to us, was pleasant and helpful and in no way our influenced choice of mattress other than to point out subtle differences between two types we were considering. His knowledge of the stock was good and eased the problem of coming to a decision on which make to buy. Overall it was a hassle-free experience aided by the attitude of the staff member. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to anyone wishing to buy a mattress.

The customer advisor was able to answer all my questions and direct me to the products that met my criteria. Although there were no other customers in the store I didn't feel over pressurised to make a purchase, and I was encouraged to take as much time as I needed to try the different mattresses I had selected.
