We were welcomed very nicely by Paula. Paula showed us a wide range of products which met our specifications. Paula offered us lots of choice and advice. Her style was friendly and unobtrusive.

Abbie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us time on our own to decide and made us a lovely coffee. She also took time to discuss our requirements and made the whole process feel safe and enjoyable. We did not feel under pressure to buy at any stage and will return to dreams for our next purchase.

Andrew was very patient and I was impressed with his knowledge of all the mattresses I tried out. I was impressed with the machine which scanned my body and recommended the five best mattresses for my needs. The other colleagues we’re also very polite and friendly. I have already recommended the Dreams shop to friends. Truly a happy experience, and I will certainly come back for another mattress for another bedroom … once my bank balance has recouperated!
