The assistant was friendly without being pushy. She listened well to my requirements and she took the time to get to know me.

Well trained and polite non pushy staff, however there were only three computers with which to take an order although the staff member dealing with me did offer to take my order manually I decided to wait approximately 15 minutes for a computer station to be freed up. I had the time to spare but in another day I or another customer may not have had that available time.

The help give was appropriate without being over pushy, and the range of products gave a good ability to try different products and standards. There was no time pressure put on us.

The assistant's knowledge of items in store was comprehensive and directed us to trial various items before a purchase was decicded on.

Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the process. Went above & beyond to get us exactly what we wanted - great employee you have there!

The store manager who greeted us was very helpful, informative and friendly. He let us do everything at our own pace and answered all the questions we had. The lady who processed our order was very nice aswell and gave us all the information we needed. I'm very satisfied with the level of service provided and will definitely be back in the future.

We found the service at the Dreams stores we visited to be excellent. In the Straiton Store the assistance from Clare and then Frank was very informative and allowed us to make the best choice with no undue pressure. Would be happy to go back to Dreams for the next bed purchase.

We were given a great deal of information and options to suit our requirements. Staff were friendly and informative. They were attentive but also gave us time and space to try out the mattresses and discuss privately.
