Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

I was looking for a softer mattress and was assisted by Clare. She was extremely helpful she showed us a number of products .and encouraged me to try them out.When I selected the one I wanted she followed up with all the information regarding Insurance(which I took out)She made us a cup of coffee which was most welcome. Overall a most pleasant and rewarding experience.Thank You Clare and Dreams

When we arrived at the store we felt relaxed às we were not approached as soon as we walked in the door. We knew what we were looking for and when the assistant came over to us us she took us directly to the product and explained all about it, she was very knowledgable.

What a difference it makes when you're not instantly hassled by sales staff the minute you enter the store, we where allowed to look around in peace. When we where ready a very friendly and helpful lady approached us asking if we needed any assistance, she was of great help and we decided to buy a very comfortable mattress.

This was our first visit to Dreams and were very impressed by the knowledge, time and courteously shown by Paula, our sales assistance. She was always on hand to support us and answer our questions. she took the time to help with choosing the correct mattress and pillows (patience was required by Paula) as we were very indecitive. Paula took the time to understand the need for us to chose the correct pillows, both of us suffer from back/neck and shoulder complaints. We left feeling very satisfied with the service and also with the knowledge that we had made the right choices. The following day we returned to confirm the sizes of the bed we had chosen to discover it was too big. Once again Paula was on hand to provide advice and support and we left with a bigger and better bed purchased along with the mattress/ pillow and insurance cover for the items. Without Paula's help and support and most of all her guidance and knowledge of the products I think we would still be looking for our right bed and mattress. Huge thanks to Paula!!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable salesman. Options well explained and lots of samples to try.

Clare and Frank were very helpful in explaining the products and their benefits, reason for cost differences etc.

Whilst my husband parked our car, I entered the store on my own and from the minute I came through the doors Frank noticed I was disabled and fetched me a chair offering me tea or coffee. This, to me was first class service. After my husband entered the store, the attention we received was second to none. Frank and my husband proceeded to check out the ottoman beds and after selection, the payment was made without a hitch. We have been advised that delivery will be in 9 days time, which if fruitful, will prove to be an extremely pleasant and uneventful transaction all round.

As my husband and I were both buying a double mattress both with different needs myself being disabled and needed a very different mattress than my husbands your colleague Clare had her work cut out for her. She was very helpful with a lot of knowledge about all the mattresses that would be good for both of us.i am pleased to say I bought a lovely Tepur mattress and my husband got a therapeutic Acti Gel.thank you.

Your staff member Clare was very attentive and did her job efficiently she was very nice and polite. Nothing was a bother to her. Service with a smile is good to receive .
