Greeted at the door without being harassed, system of how to check quality with easily recognised colour coding on beds. Given pillow, equivalent to that used at home, to allow more realistic testing when trying the bed for comfort. Staff took time to explain in detail and to understand our needs - easy quotation advice and fast delivery service - all explained in detail. Would recommend without hesitation.

I received valid information on the mattresses, It took 2days s to decide in which both times I visited the shop the dream colleagues were very helpful and did not rush me. The bed I picked will definitely suit my husband and I as I had time too both try the beds and have solid information regarding my husband and my needs and comfort thank you dreams

A very knowledgeable assistant gave us the information we needed about the type of bed required. We tried out several beds and he offered advice on each one. Was very patient and offered advice on pillows etc

The member of staff that helped us (David) knew a lot of information on the different types of mattresses and helped us find the one we wanted.

Clare was not only very knowledgeable about all aspects of the different mattresses available, she was also very attentive, without being pushy or forceful for a sale. Her explanations of the differences in the makeup of the mattresses & what might be more suitable for my husband (who has just been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis) helped us decide on our purchase, and we left quite excited, awaiting our new bed.

Great choices on show great staff .No pressure to buy great advice from staff. Staff were friendly happy and easy to chat with. The nice warm cuppa was wonderful .

We had a wonderful experience at Dreams in Straiton, Edinburgh. We were shown beds and mattresses that we had not considered. The staff were friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They listened to what we were looking for and gave us the right advice without being pushy. We were offered beverages and our children were spoken to and allowed to try out beds too. I honestly cannot fault our experience at Dreams today and will be back to buy a bed for my daughter very soon.

The sales person was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgable about the products and made sure our needs were met. Very efficient in placing the order and phoned next day to let us know one of our items had been received in store for pick up.

The salesman explained and answered all of our questions to a high standard. No pressure at all which made our shopping experience at dreams a dream. Looking forward to having a lovely nights sleep.
