The experience in the shop today was amazing! Paula was the Lady who spoke to myself regarding my needs in a mattress and Paula gave the best advice on which mattress to purchase, her patience was amazing and I felt she really listened to me and I felt at ease with her when she was describing which mattress is best for me. Her knowledge on the mattress’s are amazing too. I’m very happy with the over all experience with Paula and my purchase today.

The salesperson we dealt with was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and understood our needs. You need to keep her, a big asset to the company.

Went I entered the store they explained why different colour pillows on bed, took the time to understand my needs, recommended a number of products, didn't rush me had time to reflect, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Offered hot drink. Crossed sold me tempar pillows and other products. Bought 3 beds about 3-4 years ago and experienced a far better service this time round
