The sales person - Clare, was helpful and informative but also gave me and my partner enough time and space to discuss things between ourselves.

Sebastian is very attentive and his knowledge of products is excellent

Clare was so helpful and shared her knowledge which meant we went with a different plan to that’s hich we had when we initially arrived

The lady that served us was called Paula, she knew everything about the mattress we picked, I asked lots of questions about the Tempur mattress, her customer care service was excellent, in my opinion she is a asset to the company.

Paula the customer service advisor who helped me at Edinburgh store was fantastic... she helped me with so many options and explained everything in detail....My experience at dreams today was absolutely to high standard..... I would recommend dreams to all my friends....

The assistant was excellent . He knew exactly what I wanted after a short conversation. Showed me mattresses that both suited my needs and my budget. He did not try the hard sale line and I was very happy with his knowledge and his professional manner. All in all I was very happy with my experience at Dreams.

The man was very helpful to my mother's needs..friendly and a little banter..coffee was great think my mum was very happy with this..over all he explained everything..
