WE VISITED LOANHEAD BRANCH AND STEPH TOOK CARE OF US FROM THE MINUTE WE ENTERED STORE. SHE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL COMBINATIONS. PRICES, AVAILABILITY ETC AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUERIES PROMPTLY AND CONFIDENTLY. WE CHOSE A BED & MATTRESS AFTER TRYING VARIOUS ONES AND WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF VERY WELL. From minute we walked into shop until we left we got first class service. Knowledgeable and patient with us to allow us to pick best product for us.

Andrew who looked after us was just the best and showed us what we asked for. It's the second time I've shopped at this dreams store and will go back when needed.

Andrew greeted us when we arrived, listened to our needs. Made our 13 year old who the bed was for totally relaxed. We went away to look elsewhere and came back as the service and products were far superior for what we needed.

From the second we stepped in the door, we were greeted by Abbie. She was extremely professional, friendly and her product knowledge was brilliant. She listened to our sleep concerns, asked us questions to better understand how she could help us and was more than happy to take us round the shop. The hot chocolate was a plus as well.

David was really helpful, assessed our needs and showed us a range of products. He let us take our time but didn't abandon us either. A good balance, offered us a hot drink and gave good advice. We were very pleased.
