Our helper Paula was very helpful and knowledgeable, the store was easy to navigate with information clearly available

We were highly satisfied due to the exceptional treatment from David, our salesman. We were made to feel very welcome and he understood our needs. It was a pleasant surprise to be offered a refreshment during the sale.

My Husband and I were greeted with a very helpful and friendly member of staff, we were offered tea/coffee etc., and in proper mugs, not the plastic type! Our requests were answered and the staff member was very knowledgeable. After trying several different types of mattresses and frames, we eventually made our choice. Overall a pleasant experience with a wide choice of products and friendly staff, we would definitely recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

Sebastian was an excellent sales person who explained everything very clearly and obviously thoroughly knew his stock. His manner was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The store was well laid out with a good selection of styles which meant I could find the best solution for my specific needs.

Customer service was great, took the opportunity to help measure out the room as we are moving into a new property and were unsure what size of bed to get. David (Edinburgh straiton store) was great and helped us with everything we needed. Great customer service and genuine sales advisor.
