We were served by Claire in the Straiton, Edinburgh branch. We had been in the weekend before also and were assisted by claire on that occasion too. She was very helpful in helping us assess our needs and what type of mattress would suit us best. She also advised us on pillows. When we came back later that week to try out some more and hopefully place an order again Claire was very helpful and went over an above our expectations to make sure we chose the correct mattress for us and understood the differences between types of mattresses, amount of springs etc. She was very patient and allowed us suffient time and space to try out differtent ones and discuss between ourselves. We were very happy with the service and advise and purchased a mattress and two new pillows that day.

Paula was extremely helpful without being pushy and made me want to buy something from your store. She was extremely knowledgeable about your products and was very patient in allowing me to try out a number of different mattresses. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and am confident that I have made the right mattress choice. I live in the north of Scotland and Paula helped me work out the best way to get my new bed up north. I am very impressed!

Paula, the sales assistant who helped me, was entirely responsible for making my experience at Dreams so excellent. I actually went in with my friend and it was she who intended to buy a mattress, however, the information and service provided by Paula were so thorough and tailored to our needs, we both ended up making a purchase. I had intended to buy a mattress in the near future, but I knew I would be hard pushed to find a sales assistant as knowledgable and understanding as Paula, so I decided to make the purchase that day!

Frank seemed to genuinely care that I purchased the right product for me at the right price and happy to spend as much time with me as that took.

Very pleasant knowledgeable manager. Checked up on my last purchase to gain knowledge of my past purchase. Took time in selecting products that would suit my needs due to partial disability. The only thing that I felt was lacking in my visit was the colour choice in bases and headboard so I had to mix and match colours in order to get the items I wanted. Would have like a matching base and headboard but this was not available in my choice of them.
