We were made very welcome and the manager explained how we could go about making a decision on the best mattress that would suit our needs. Clare was particularly helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us to the right product. All in all it was a stress free experience.

Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant who showed me a variety of products to try out when I had explained what I was looking for . She also explained delivery and ordering options etc very clearly , making sure I was completely satisfied with everything .

Paula was really fantastic. She spent loads of time explaining all the different types of mattresses available and making sure she understood what we needed. Her depth of knowledge is astounding. I never once felt like I was being pushed into a sale, which puts me off showrooms most of the time. In fact, any other staff I met in dreams were friendly, knowledgable, but not pushy. Because of this, I will most definitely visit dreams again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks again to Paula!

We had chosen a mattress on the website but the way the webpage displayed meant it defaulted to "single bed" price rather than "double bed", so there was a price discrepancy when we saw the mattress in the store. David (who served us) took the time to explain what had happened and demonstrated with the website. He was courteous and engaging, and explained everything clearly along with offers on pillows and duvet which we also bought. Delivery will be within 1 week which exceeded our expectations.

Just got what we were looking for and earlier delivery than anticipated. Whats not to be highly satisfied about!!
