Claire was the sales assistant very professional nothing was rushed taken her time to explain about everything that we bought plenty to choose from in dreams we have been back several time to purchase various item and the sales assistant have all been very helpful I would always buy my house hold furniture from dreams very good deals

You where greeted with a smile and a hello on entering the store You where asked if they could help and when you said no they actually left you alone to browse around the store in peace. Perfect shopping When I did ask for help I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock. Tea, coffee and water was offered as well. It's actually nice to go into a shop and have no background distraction A pleasure to shop there Staff are a credit to Dreams Company

We were expecting to shop around a range of bed stores. Two colleagues supported our needs in a friendly manner and respected our space. We were given coffee and a cold drink for our daughter. Service was quick and clear to understand. Without asking, as we felt the deal we received was already great value, the salesman looked for further ‘add ons ‘, using the store manager effectively. Both my wife and I left the store feeling well looked after and in procession of a great deal. I would have to say that we received fantastic customer service at a time we least expected it.
