David was excellent at listening to what our needs were. He was knowledgeable. He didn't pressurise us but at the same time gave us confidence in the products he was selling.

Easy purchase from start to finish with very helpful, knowledgeable staff.

We were met immediately by a very unobtrusive, friendly And knowledgeable staff member who was understanding that we don't like to be "pounced"on but also that we didn't have a clue where to start! Paula was so great with our teenage kids too ensuring they were taken care of while we could test and follow the colour plan, she listened to everything we said, met our quick decision making with expert knowledge and action to get us the product types we needed. So friendly and professional.

Given plenty of time and attention to trying out different mattresses.

Well laid out store and colour rated firmness of mattress was very helpful. Shop assistant was very helpful with her knowledge and her manner was relaxed and friendly.

The lady who assisted me ( I cannot recall her name) was really helpful and knowledgeable but was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me plenty of time on my own to test different mattresses but was available to answer all of my questions.

Was greeted soon after entering shop. Assistant listened to our needs and helped us efficiently. The process has been smooth so far. We are due to take delivery of our base and mattress next week so cannot comment on this time on delivery or satisfaction with product until we have the bed here to use

The Dreams team made us feel valued and were very informative they took time to help us find the mattress that suited us. Very bright and clean shop which is very inviting when we stepped in.Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would return if we needed anything else.

As soon as we walked into the shop the Clare welcomed us to the store. She gave us the space to browse the store but made us aware that she was there to help with any questions as soon as we needed her. When we were ready she showed us around all the mattresses that were appropriate to my needs. Clare was very knowledgeable and made us feel extremely welcome and very comfortable trying out all the beds. I was even given a hot chocolate to add to the experience of a good nights sleep! Finding the right mattress was so important as I suffer with daily back pain. Clare is an excellent sales person and took time to ask all the right questions. She understood my needs and wants on my specific budget. I was so impressed I decided to purchase a second mattress for my son. She made the whole experience quite enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family based on my experience. I am normally quite difficult to please but I found this sales experience simply a breathe of fresh air! I left the store in a very upbeat mood feeling that I had been looked after in the process of the purchase. I can't wait for my new mattress to arrive now!! Thanks. D Ryan
