My son needed a new bed but didn't want to shop for one but by online. The assistant spoke with him offered advise was show him the type of bed he wanted, the options of storage without us having to find it ourselves in store. He just wanted any mattress so she showed and explained why it was important to choose the correct mattress for him within our budget. She was able to engage him in the choice of mattress that would be best for him. Encouraged him try the different mattress longer than10 seconds. More than I could do!!

Everyone was very helpful the person dealing with us was so helpful explaining everything. I am disabled so he was so helpful for my needs . The coffee was lovely too x

Was asked if assistance was needed, allowed to look around until ready, offered a drink whist shopping, Sebastian very helpful with all the information we require. When decided what we wanted he talked us through all our options. Very helpful.

Clare completely listened to our needs which made us feel properly understood as to our specific sleep needs. This meant we could make a Health investment and not just replace our mattress which was the reason we came into the store .

I was served by Clare and Sebastian at Dreams in Straiton Retail Park, Loanhead. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and the friendliness of both coworkers. They understood exactly what I was looking for and offered up an expansive range of products and prices to choose from. I was very impressed by their product knowledge and I felt very comfortable spending my money here when I received such excellent service.
