The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Once I explained what I was looking for they explained the process/service Dreams offers.

Andy, the associate that helped me in the Edinburgh store, was super knowledgable and patient with me. He helped to guide me through using the bed analyser device, and showed me every bed that might suit me. Ultimately he recommended me the perfect mattress and pillow, and made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable.

Sébastien took the time to show me lots of options and was extremely helpful without being pushy.

We bought a Tempur mattress from Dreams 4 years ago, however, following a back operation, it no longer provides the appropriate support. From the minute we walked into store and engaged with Steph / Store manager, she demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the product - she knew her subject matter "inside out"! Overall, this experience was a very positive journey for us when selecting our new mattress. Under the expert guidance of Steph, we were able to evaluate and decide in-store, what mattress would be most suitable for us and thanks to her input, the sales transaction was concluded on the day, without the need for us to go searching elsewhere within a competitors store. Well done Steph, you were very friendly and personable and demonstrated outstanding product knowledge, coupled with complete professionalism throughout too.

Paula, the lady that served was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a mattress but the bed i wanted was out of stock but Paula had put my contact details aside to give me a call when the bed was back in stock and she did. Really pleased with the service.
