We had gone into the store not really expecting to buy anything..but it was the friendliness and genuine helpful advice that we got from Frank that led us to make our various purchases. Overall a highly professional service from Frank and delighted customers

I was very pleased with the choice of products. Claire who helped me come to a decision of what to buy was very knowledgeable about the products. Very patient and considerate as to what product would be of benefit and suitable for me. Didn't feel pressured into buying.

I had visited two other high street retailers on the day and the difference was unbelievable when I walked in to dreams I immediately knew I was being looked after by someone who cared and who was interested in helping me

The sales assistant was extremely helpful in helping us understand the different types of mattresses and beds.

For me it was the efficiency of the store personnel(Clare) Clare was very courteous and very helpful. I was looking for an orthaepedic mattress and Clare's knowledge was very helpful to me in choosing the correct mattress.I also purchased two new pillows which were recommended by Clare. Whilst finalising all the paperwork I was offered a coffee which I accepted. I will definitely return to Dreams in the future as Clare made the customer feel welcomed and valued.

Store was welcoming. Clare was great, introduced herself and it was evident she had good product knowledge. Clare was very helpful, patient and friendly. My daughter and I had a hot chocolate and coffee, offered to us by Clare whilst we browsed. Efficient service, did not feel pressurized or uncomfortable at any time. Clare offered other products/services. We took the build a bed one as my husband isn't good at DIY.

Sebastian was very knowledgeable, and seemed to care about what was the best options for us to choose from. He is a very good-natured salesman - we bought more than we intended, however we feel very satisfied with our decisions. Looking forward to receiving our purchases
