Met sax soon as I entered store, handed over ti Sebastian at once, and given every attention until z I left after ordering.

Found our perfect bed, happy to get half price accessories to accompany the bed. Sales person offered coffee to us while we were contemplating our decision. Paula was extremely helpful.

Excellent service, ordered exactly what we needed.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and welcomed to the store , as we had not been shopping in a dreams store before the sales assistant explained how it all worked and allowed us to start the process without an hassle . She then returned and and took us through each mattress of choice explaining in detail the positives and negatives of each . We were offered hot/cold drinks and allowed the time we needed to make our decision . The sales assistant Paula was very easy to talk to .

Overall knowledge, speed of service and support when we needed it

David, was quick to offer assistance, and when I told him the mattress I would like, he explained as it was a kingsize and springs he felt I would not get a good comfortable sleep. I tried the mattress and said would he recommend another I couldtry, which he did, and he in.my opinion was correct, second mattress much more comfortable. No pressure from him to buy the dearer mattress, only good sound professional advice. Thank you David .

Clare and all other staff were extremely helpful. Clare took her time and really listened to my needs, she was beyond wonderful. I felt a very valued customer and there was no pressure or hard sell.

When we walked in we were greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by Claire. From here Claire gave us a couple of pillows and took us round to the different colour coded beds to learn what it was we were looking for exactly as until this point we had never even though about how each of the different types could meet our needs. Claire was very informative and spent a good amount of time passing on her knowledge and answering our questions. In the end Claire helped us find what we fully expect to be the perfect mattress for us. The hot chocolates were also very welcoming especially on what was such a brisk day.

The assistant who spoke to us in the shop was very knowledgable and wasn't pushy at all. He had a conversation with us about what we were looking for and discussed our best available options.
