Staff was very friendly and helpful, makes us easy to make a decision on choosing a mattress. Even the manager is helpful too.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Paula was very highly skilled in customer service, explaining technical details and finding out our individual needs. Didn't feel pressurised. Paula was very patient, with a sense of humour. Nice cup of tea as well! Excellent experience all round.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs without being pushy, we never felt like we were wasting his time. The shop was well laid out with plenty of mattresses to try. Tea and coffee was offered and all the staff were very good with my wee boy. We were a little nervous about making this purchase but the help we received made it a very positive experience.

Hamilton was very knowedgeable about the products and had great patience whilst I deliberated on the best purchase for me. It is very difficult to be positive that one has made the right choice of mattress. So it was most reassuring to learn that an exchange is possible. I am looking forward having the bed delivered towards the end of January.

Both Frank and Sebastian were fantastic in listening to what we needed i.e. best mattress and bedframe to take into account our aches and pains from current bed and temperature control. We'd been to a few other stores and it was the first time we felt the staff knew what we were looking for within the budget we had.
