Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

It was a real pleasure to be dealt with by a very professional sales lady who obviously knew Dream products inside out. A considerable length of time was taken by her to ensure that all mattress options were explored fully and, in fact, re- explored until we were satisfied.

The attention of Paula was just first class. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. we did not get the impression she was trying to sell us a mattress more she was wanting to help us find what would be the best for us. Her conduct throughout was a credit to the store. We began by talking to Frank who was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Together they make a very good team.

We received the product information we required without any unnecessary jargon. Any questions we had were answered.

I had problems placing my order online I managed to get two mattress' in the in basket and could not remove the one I didn't want so I phoned the number given and spoke to Hamilton how was very helpfull

Went in as our first store for looking for new bed but returned after being into other stores as the range and delivery time was good for us. Also bought new mattress while we were in and Clare was very helpful trying to find the firmness that we wanted.

The assistant listened to my requirements and provided me with excellent advice which allowed me to make an informed choice.

My visit to Dreams, Straiton, was a first time experience in looking for a mattress. We were acknowledged by staff on arrival but thankfully were left for enough time to get my bearings. We were approached by Paula and my anxieties reduced straight away. Paula took time to ascertain my partner and my requirements and she was able to answer any questions succinctly and she was also very informative. Paula is most certainly an asset to the stores team. Once I have completed this survey I am going to purchase the Haskell mattress. This is a big purchase for me, that's what I usually pay for my cars! Paula has enabled me to feel comfortable and confident with my choice.

This is the second time we have purchased a bed from dreams and the consistency of service across stores is excellent. Still loving our first purchase with Dreams and sure our guests will love our most recent purchase!

Clare listened to our request and took time to explain the quality of the beds and mattresses to our specific needs. She was very knowledgeable and we felt we had one to one attention throughout our store visit, even giving us time to discuss the purchase between ourselves.

Hamilton the assistant was very patient and knowledgeable. Gave us time to consider our choices. At no time did we feel pressurised to buy and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Well done Hamilton.
