Friendly knowledgeable member of staff. Gave us plenty of time to try mattresses and have a look around

As soon as myself my partner and our son walked into the store we were warmly greeted by a member of team who offered us a hot beverage or water, as we tried out a few beds the store assistant kept our son occupied by given him a book to read which we thought was really good.

We purchased our new bed at Dreams, Straiton and Hamilton couldn't have been more helpful, he wasn't pushy atall and gave us time to decide what we wanted to do. I cant wait for our new bed to be delivered :)

ALL THE PRODUCTS WERE SIGNED SO IT WAS EASY TO COMPARE THE DIFFERENT FEATURES ALONG WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE IT EASY TO CHOOSE A MATTRESS THAT WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH

Flare was extremely helpful and informed

David was very helpful in explaining the different mattresses and helping us try them all out until we found one we both liked. He demonstrated the bed frames for us and showed us versions of the type we had described as what we were looking for. He offered tea and coffee and brought me water when requested. When we returned the next day to make the purchase, David was with another customer but took time to check we were ok and found someone else to help us. Frank was also helpful confirming what we wanted and then taking our order explaining the bedcover etc too. He made my daughter a hot chocolate while we made the purchase to keep her occupied.
