Very helpful staff, directed me where to look, recommended a product I eventually purchased. Placed order over the phone the following week, it was a very simple and quick process with excellent service from the staff member, couldn’t fault it.

Warm welcome. Felt staff member listened well and understood our request and needs. Offered by staff member to take part in the analysis bed in order to help with the choosing of the correct mattress for our needs. Plenty of time and explanation given to us re products on offer. Also discussed pillow choice etc. Staff member very informative and professional.

David was our assistant for this visit. He was very friendly and explained the different types of mattresses to us. He gave us plenty time to try the goods in the shop and offered to let us use the computerised bed machine. He gave us pillows to take with us to try the mattresses. He was never pushy, trying to secure a sale. In the end the decision was completely our own. He explained the paperwork to us and also the returns policy. Excellent assistance from David. Have already recommended the shop to other family members.

The main reason why I was highly satisfied with the service from Hamilton at the Edinburgh Straiton store was his knowledge of the products and how he made such a complex choice an easier one. Hamilton greeted myself and my partner in a friendly manner on entering the store and advised us to use the analysis bed to find out what firmness and type of mattress would suit us most. He also offered us a drink and we took him up on the offer of a cappucino! He talked us through the process and at the end 7 different mattress types were advised to us. Hamilton spent about 2 hours with us as we went through the different mattress types and took our very comfortable pillows with us. He answered all questions in what appeared to be an honest and genuine manner and left us be to lay on the mattresses to discover which was the comfiest for us. Hamilton then pointed out a mattress to us that had 30% off for that day only and it was super comfy so we decided to go for that. I had concerns about pillow tops and sagging at which point he informed me of the 8 year guarantee for an extra £85 but put my concerns to bed... Hamilton then placed the order for the mattress and explained the process

Hamilton was very helpful and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The king sized fitted sheet was out of stock and he made every effort to contact other stores to get one for us.

David was incredibly helpful and rather than approaching things from a "sales first" perspective, he took the time to chat to us about what we needed and then made recommendations. At no time did he try and pressure us which is what led us to buy 2 TV beds that day and a few add one.
