Service was impeccable from the 1st step into the store. Abby welcomed me and asked if she could help. She explained what was available and offered the bed assessment which I was not aware of. I thanked her for her help and said I would come back the following day with my husband. We were welcomed by Paula who provided us with pillows and covers and went through and problems, aches and pains we had and how we each slept. We were extremely impressed with the process. After we finished Paula offered us various beds and her knowledge was second to none. She was professional, knowledgeable about all her products, friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. Top class service

We were served by Abbie who took the time to take us through our options. She was very knowledgable and efficient and was overall super friendly. We completed the sleep simulator which was really impressive and found the perfect mattress within our budget in a quick 20 minute shop! We left very impressed.

I had my last bed from dreams five years ago so I phoned before going and a very polite gentleman called Andrew said to ask for him when I arrived he was very nice and helpful showed me lots off different bed that and told me all about them he was very helpful even when I had decided on one bed then changed my mind the experience was easy would recommend to all my friends and family.

They were very thorough in figuring out what were were looking for, could afford and what products best suited us.

Andrew took time to speak to us and understand what we wanted. He was friendly and engaging and did not push us towards any particular product, rather allowing us to try several different varying products and providing useful information about each. The experience we had was excellent. Andrew is a credit to your company.

Paula was excellent!!!!!! She ensured we were met at the door, took time to listen to our wishes and then tailored our mattress search with the feedback we gave. Great knowledge of her stock and we were amazed by how much information she was able to give about each mattress and why it was suited to us. This resulted in us getting a mattress we loved at a price we could afford. Thank you!!!
