Clare assisted me at every stage from determining the use of the bed to sharing her knowledge which enabled me to speedily come to a decision on the best options for me. I have friends who have fairly recently purchased from the same branch so had no hesitation in ordering there. I would highly recommend the service to anyone interested.

Sebastian approached us as we entered store. We were intending to just look around. However he asked us a few questions & then offered us the bed choosing machine. He then was very patient with us in helping us choose our new bed. We did nit feel under any pressure whatsoever to make a purchase as he was so good.

Frank was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If I could have picked the perfect advisor it would be Frank. He was helpful without being pushy. He gave the right amount of information without over loading us. Great service.

The assistant who served us at the Straiton Store in Edinburgh (PAULA) was absolutely brilliant. Our daughter is special needs and this was a big deal for her to get the bed, mattress and pillow right (including storage) for her for her bedroom make-over. Paula was very knowledgeable about all the products and that made the experience so good.

When I visited there, I didn't have any information about the mattresses currently because I've bought them long time ago. The staff led me step by step with physical experiences to get to know about them so eventually easy to choose what my type of mattress after all.
