Claire’s knowledge was excellent. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t give us the “hard sell”. She stayed after hours to complete the trade (after 6pm on a Saturday evening). At no time did I feel she was in a hurry to get finished. Excellent customer service.

I had such amazing customer service in this store! Clare was so lovely and she gave me lots of good advice. I was looking at buying a Silentnight mattress originally however when Clare showed me her favourite mattress I was utterly sold! It’s so luxurious and even though I thought it was out of my price range, it all worked out really well with a finance agreement including cover! I was delighted! Clare was telling me all about the benefits of this mattress and I was amazed at just how comfortable it feels! Was so excited that I had purchased it! Outstanding customer service from Clare!

I had such a lovely experience yesterday when I went into the store in Straiton and I met Clare. Such a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. She organised the mattress of my dreams and I was absolutely delighted! I am so excited to get my new mattress! Clare made it all such a joy! She is such a lovely lady! The best shopping experience I’ve ever had!
