The sales representative that served us, Frank, made us feel at home and was very understanding of our needs. Frank would give us advice and also make sure we understood everything we needed to know about our purchase.

Very Attentive sales man, understood our needs. Didnt try to push a sale on us. Made us feel welcome. Took the time to explain the difference In products to us and gave different options for out needs.

Hamilton was great, his knowledge of your products and your competitor's was really helpful. It also felt relaxed and not too pushy. We were also persuaded to buy pillows as well as our bed because he highlighted the importance. Really looking forward to trying the mattress and pillows!
