Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a long time discussing our needs and what would be best for us. They made us feel like our happiness was as important to them as it is to us.

From the warm welcome into the store to the friendly and helpful nature of the woman that helped me throughout, I was highly impressed. The quality and price of my goods and time fir delivery were also great.

Hamilton helped with our queries and delivered us an outstanding service recently for a bedside cabinet. This is our second time buying with dreams and on both occasions buying and reviving the goods was hassle free and great value.

And i gained a better understanding of the product i was buying and other branding too. It was very interesting.

Paula was extremely helpful .. advising us on the different comfort levels .. we opted for a firm mattress … Nothing was too much trouble trying different beds .. We thought we wanted a Hypnos mattress .. in fact we didn't intend buying a mattress on Sunday … Paula convinced us otherwise … She was very informative and thorough describing the Harrison and Spink … She got the sale .. only hope the mattress lives up to expectations
