The assistant, Sebastian, had a very good knowledge of the stock and was able to guide us to the right choice.

This is now my second purchase of a bed from Dreams . I much prefer buying in store than online as i like the personal touch the Dreams staff give you , always willing to give you advice and are friendly and welcoming . I’d especially like to mention Clare from the Straiton branch in Edinburgh who i recently dealt with . She went out of her way to make sure i was totally satisfied with the bed i was purchasing .

The sales assistant (Claire) was fantastic; competent, knowledgeable and very good with our kids. Everything was explained clearly and without fuss.

Very friendly staff (Paula) & gave a good insight & talk about the product we have purchased.

The assistant was pleasant, not pushy, knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the products well and explained things without fussing over us. I like time to think and we had an appropriate to consider our purchase and make an informed choice which was great. I have been before and I liked the service I received and I most appreciate time to think without pressure. The range of products and range of price brackets was also super.

Our server, Claire, at Edinburgh Dreams was very helpful and knowledgeable.

tHE WHOLE PROCESS WAS RELAXED AND INFORMATIVE

I was given time and great help to choose my goods. Very friendly sales person, not in the least pushy( like that). Everything explained simply about the next stage of my order--- delivery ECT. Would use Dreams again, and hope that any after sales probs( if any) are dealt with the same professionalism.

I was welcomed by Frank who asked me what I was looking for. He offered my friend and I a cup of tea/coffee and said that an expert would be with me shortly to take me through the 'bed test'. A lovely young man named Hamilton came across and took me through the whole process of the diagnostic machine advising on mattress options. Once the machine had finished, Hamilton took me round all the different mattresses which matched my particular profile. He did not rush me, pressure me or try and convince me either way on cheaper or more expensive mattresses. He reassured me that the purchase was my particular choice and how comfortable I felt. He advised me not to rush my choice and to take my time ... which I did.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. When asking about finance options, they provided all available options and information me of the additional fees for assembly etc.
