Friendly staff who were quick to assist and knowledgeable, covid protocols were reasonable, felt I had a lot of choice

From the minute we walked through the door we were welcomed with a smile and the offer of a drink. Paula helped us through our choices and purchase, and couldn't have been any more accommodating.

From stepping in the door we were welcomed by a very friendly assistant who put us at ease and explained the process. We felt we were made to feel important and that our needs were being listened to. We were shown various products n did not feel under any pressure. It felt very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. The salesperson Paula was lovely n really helpful.

Paula was with us as soon as we entered the shop she was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the type of mattresses we needed etc I was undecided about the bed Paula recommended I have a look at another bed that was upstairs so I had a look and fell in love with it. She was very informative and friendly and we took advantage of the sale as she told us about all the pillows and duvets that were also on offer, we went home with the whole package we are very excited to get our new bed. Paula was amazing!
