Friendly, helpful efficient staff made for a pleasant experience. Two members of staff took purchases to my car and packed them in the boot. They couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant.

Was very impressed by the use of technology to try and match the most appropriate mattress to us. A new member of staff served us and he was very pleasant and friendly and he was assisted by other staff within the store so it was a very good team effort

From walking into the store to walking back out again nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were not pressurised at all but rather hand-held through the whole experience, I call it an experience only because buying a bed is not straight forward so the help was highly appreciated.
