The salesman was very helpful but not at all pushy, the store had a huge selection to choose from and the salesman took the time to be interested in what we required.

The Lady ( Claire ) was really patient with us and nothing appeared to be any trouble ,she is a very friendly person and we will shop again and highly recommend Dreams to others

We couldn't make up our mind as none of the frames was exactly what we were looking for, and Frank was very helpful and patient. All team went above and beyond to help us complete this purchase in a very calm way, never making us feel rushed or uncomfortable even though they had to close one hour late because of us! We made a huge investment with this bed (specially the Tempur mattress) as I suffer from aches and pains at night. We were not once led to buy the most expensive mattress, actually Frank showed us some much cheaper options for us to choose, but we decided on the best one. Since it wasn't available for delivery when we needed it, they gave us a complimentary inflatable king bed so we were not left with no bed in the meantime. Aga was also really helpful and friendly, and the whole team always had a smile on their faces. We really felt bad for making them work over time on a Sunday! but we're super happy we chose Dreams, and we really can't wait to receive our amazing super comfy bed! Would totally recommend Dreams! As soon as I walked into the store a member of staff (Clare) welcomed me and offered assistance. The measuring of my bed needs was very advanced technology and supportive to the process of selecting the best mattress for me. I was given an appropriate range to try out and Clare was very patient with waiting for me to move onto each next bed. Her product knowledge was clearly outstanding and was able to help identify the best mattress for me by both listening to my thoughts and observing my body when lying down. I enjoyed the fact that I set the pace of the whole sampling process.

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We were not rushed into a purchase.

Clare was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful as well as honest and direct (in a good wsy), the match technology was fantastic and helped narrow down our search. We visited Benson first and the experience in Dreams far exceeded the earlier visit to Bensons.
