When we arrived at the store we were immediately greeted by a staff member who was very polite and asked us if we knew exactly what we were looking for.. He asked us if we wanted to try out the computerised bed to see what sort of mattress would probably be best for us. We then tried a few beds in the store and having selected the one we wanted our order was quickly and efficiently dealt with.

From the minute my disabled elderly mum and I entered the shop David was friendly , respectful and very supportive . He made my mother and I feel very special , He was very caring towards my mum and really looked after her . He absolutely put us under no pressure to buy and he gave us time alone to get our thoughts together . I hope this young lad gets some admiration for his wonderful role in the company

Abbie greeted us and listened to our needs showing us a range of mattresses. We were offered the tester bed but we declined because we had used it 18 months ago when we purchased a tempur mattress. Abbie’s product knowledge is excellent and her approach was professional, friendly, and very attentive. We did not feel pressurised and she was very patient, even when we returned to the store that same afternoon. The payment process was quick and well explained. We actually ended up buying the same mattress as before after a process of elimination with Abbie’s assistance. No reflection on Abbie but it was a bit disappointing that even in a sale, the double mattress was more expensive than 18 months ago for the king size. We realise prices have risen across many industries. Thank you

The Sales Assistant Abbey was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy which is exactly what we had hoped for in anticipating our visit. She was also very patient with a good sense of humour. The electronic mattress chooser was a useful addition.

we were sown a good amount of mattresses which were good for our needs. We were not hurried but given a good amount of time to try the mattresses. The assistant was very pleasant, and helpful in answering any of our questions. Would certainly recommend.

The colleague we dealt with, Abbie was very helpful and took the time to show us multiple products and patient at us trying these out.
