Friendly staff. We were approached shortly after entering the store by Jav who was very helpful and efficient.

Friendly but knowledgeable and not pushy, willing to give time to think and discuss

The Sales rep listened to us as well as using the bed assessment machine. I felt he knew what we were looking for and not just there to sell a bed.

This is the third time I have bought a bed or mattress from yourselves. Quality always good. Did try Benson IGel bed, spent a fortune and now replacing after 3years with a mattress from yourselves. Confident that this will be a better buy

Very knowledgable, friendly staff member, we had no clue about mattresses, i know it is all training and sales talk but she explained pricing etc very clearly and we spent more than initially thought after chatting about the options

My experience was excellent at Dreams. This was due to the excellent service provided by Paula.. she is a star. Very attentive and thoughtful . It was a very enjoyable shop for what is a rather stressful large purchase.
