Met as soon as we arrived and Clare was very knowledgeable and really efficient. I had my 4 year old with me so I didn't want to hand about too much. The matters test was really good. Other staff were really kind too.

The assistant was welcoming and charming from the moment we entered the store. She was knowledgable and gave good advice without being pushy. I was really only going to price a bed at this stage but when she explained that you could hold delivery to give me time time to sell my present bed I decided to place an order. She was very kind to my husband who has some mobility issues and sat him down with a coffee while she helped me look at mattresses etc. So I would efinitely use this store again.

The overall experience was very satisfying & we found the bed we were looking for.

Sebastián was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Made the whole experience very enjoyable. If it wasn’t for him and his friendliness we probably would have looked at a few other places, but we wanted him to get the sale... at it is a lovely bed!
