i went into the shop, an assistant approached to ask if I were looking for anything special. my reply was a white double sizes headboard, which she showed me. I was taken to the counter to conclude the payment and delivery details. this is my second visit to purchase and am impressed.

I found your assistant very knowledgeable and very friendly. My parter is Italian and has limited English. So I was very impressed when she took the time to try and translate with the aid of google translate to keep him informed about your products that we were interested in. Unfortunately it was frowned upon by another colleague who I found rather rude and very disrespectful to the assistant who was helping us. I felt sorry for the assistant as she was only trying to help my partner understand. I hope the assistant gets the recognition that she deserves for all her help. It’s very disappointing to witness seeing another colleague belittling another member of staff. The assistant’s name is Agnieszka. 10 out of 10 from myself and my partner.
