It was very good, didn't feel like we we're being rushed, felt like our needs were being thought of

Mohammed served us, along with store manager Frank (?). They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so good with my wee boy. They are a credit to your company. We paid slightly more than we had originally anticipated but we felt the service and products were worth the investment.

Sebastian was very attentive explaining every aspect of the purchase and making sure we were making the correct choice for our new bed. The facility for helping select the correct bed took a lot of guesswork out and we are confident that we have selected the correct bed.

I was approached by a sales advisor who wasn’t pushy at all, asking if I needed assistance or happy to browse? That approach I loved. Nothing worse than being bombarded when all you want to do is browse. I took up offer of assistance as I was looking for a specific bed I had seen in the website. I was taken to the bed in question, Paula knew exactly the bed I was looking for even with my vague description. I didn’t know name of bed. I was shown other similar beds to compare but happy with going for the one I had seen online. (Price point for me) Paula was very friendly and I didn’t feel under pressure to buy or to buy related products (insurances etc). Sale went through with no problem. Nice store with plenty of choice. Glad I visited the store as in real life the bed was much nicer than on the website. I have in the past been in sales myself (For 20 years) and really rate the experience I received. I don’t normally review but felt it was justified this time. I haven’t received the beds I ordered as yet so cannot comment beyond initial visit. Thanks
