Excellent customer service

We were met in the store. The Dreams staff member listened to our requirements for a sofa bed, gave us a detailed run down of the options available and guided us to the one that best suited our requirements. She then showed us how to open up the bed and left us to try this ourselves. We then discussed fabric choices , settled on a particular fabric after the staff member gave us details of durability, etc. we placed our order, paid our deposit and left. The whole process was quick and easy and the staff member could not have been more helpful.
