Clare was super informative and showed me to the right beds. She used the bed machine to show me the correct firmness I wanted - and was very knowledgable about the products. She was also very friendly and guided my visit with a pleasant conversation while still focussing on finding me the mattress that I chose - while letting me try, at my own time, the mattresses that she showed me - very pleased.

went dreams to buy a new mattress ended up buying a new bed and mattress cost 700.00 staff very polite and willing to help me in my purchase very happy thanku

The shop assistant was lovely, great understanding of the products and listened to our needs whilst advising on the best products to suit us. Also used the sleepmatch. Paula at the Straiton Edinburgh branch was amazing
