Clare served me today and I think her manager helped too. She came over from the beginning explained everything in good understandable detail. She was lovely - but not pressurising at all and that is why lured me back. I was only coming in to look and going to order online. Instead I came back after dinner from my original look around to complete my purchase with her! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff member you have here :)

Clare was super informative and showed me to the right beds. She used the bed machine to show me the correct firmness I wanted - and was very knowledgable about the products. She was also very friendly and guided my visit with a pleasant conversation while still focussing on finding me the mattress that I chose - while letting me try, at my own time, the mattresses that she showed me - very pleased.
