I felt safe as I am suppose to self isolate due to my health Problems Clair was amazing very polite and knowledgeable on the products. My only disappointment was that I have to wait just over a month for my new mattress.

Right from the start Paula was excellent. She first explained the safety measures in store for both our safety due to covid 19. We then tried the sleep machine to find our mattress. Paula's knowledge,friendliness and politeness was second to none. She made us feel at ease from the start. It was a warm day so the cold bottle of water she offered us was very welcomed. We cant wait to have our new mattress delivered.
