Stress free experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff who served me. She took her time explaining things and did not try to sell me Unnecessary items that I didn’t need

It was nice To be offered The sleep test & be shown directly to the Mattresses best suited to our needs. One thing I would suggest, not just being shown the most expensive in the range. When we returned to the store we asked if there were lower priced Mattress's for us to try. we purchased the Mattress 1 level down to the one we had been shown.
