We were approached by a store assistant the moment we entered the store. We had an idea of a bed we’d like to see and some mattresses we’d like to try. Jav was fantastic, we told him we had just bought our first flat and having lived in rented accommodation up till now, neither me nor my partner had an idea about what to look for when buying a mattress. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain to us what would be best for us. He took his time to make sure the appropriate safety measures were in place when we tried out the mattresses. He made what was a totally new experience for us enjoyable and we will definitely go back when we require a new bed or mattress again! Thank you.
