I had done some research online before visiting the store. I explained exactly what I was looking for and immediately Clare was able to show me the beds I was interested. She knew the stock, she actively listened to what I was after and she provided insight into the storage use, how to expand it, and the correct ergonomic way to open and close the bed. All very impressive

The assistant (Jav) was friendly, helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. He made our experience of purchasing a bed and mattress very pleasant. He was polite and courteous with a very good sense of humour.

claire who served us new the products and was really helpful helping us choose, she tested us on the test sleep machine and was very strict on the covid 19 safety policies which we appreciated as not all shops are sticking to the rules, she also gave me a chilled bottle off water as I was struggling to breath with my mask on.
