Over two days sales rep Steve just got to know what I required realised I was unsure on day 2 did not push let me come back the following day to make my order waiting to see him the following day

We were greeted by an Assistant, who directed us to what we needed. She kept her distance until we needed help, and then she was very knowledgeable. She gave us time to decide what we wanted to do and then swiftly completed our transaction. We were then thanked for our custom by another member of staff. A very pleasant experience.

I went into the store just on the off chance to look for a new mattress. Katie, one of your team in the store immediately put me at ease and and talked through what I was looking for, starting with the test bed. She then showed me a range of products and explained in detail how they were made up. I was given a pillow to try the beds she recommended. I was then left on my own to make a decision so didn't feel pressured in any way. Katie was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly

The Dreams colleague was attentive but not overly and left us to browse. When we had made our choice he asked a number of questions to check we had exactly what we needed and then demonstrated a number of mattresses in our price range.

Very polite and helpful staff

On walking in to the store we were greeted cordially by a nice young man who lead us through the selection of a mattress. He was very helpful and informative and listened to our needs and helped us to find a suitable purchase. On the transaction everything was clearly explained and we were shown every stage throughout the process. Overall a very satisfactory and good experience.

I came in unsure on what I was looking for but after speaking to James took the time to go through what I required and helped me figure out what I needed.

Sales person listened to what I needed and went over and above to ensure I got a great product . Very understanding and helpful will certainly recommend

Very friendly sales lady gave us time to look around with 2 pillows that were sanitised,talked us through the sleep machine to find out which mattress was suitable,managed to get the delivery day we wanted.

The assistant was very helpful talked us tbeough all the beds we tried and explained all we needed to know.
