We came looking for a mattress for our child. Which we found one very quickly with the assistance of your colleague. Then we decided to take a look at double beds and we found the exact frame we wanted. Then we tested ourselves to find the best mattress for us and we found everything that we wanted. The customer service we received was fantastic and that’s coming from someone that is in a managers position in a shop:). We were offered water and not pressured or pushed to make our decision.

Nicky and team were very attentive, nothing was to much trouble, her knowledge was in questionable and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Your colleague Nicola at the Chandlers Ford store was highly knowledgeable and in depth of all ranges. Her sharp wit made our experience a very e entertaining one and her care on the journey between us working out what we wanted to actually signing the deal made it an extremely pleasing experience. The store manager Rob only solidified the experience and talked us through the warranty process and aftersales experience and made us feel like our choice was vindicated

Was helped as soon as I walked in the door and had everything explained about the bed I ended up buying, was treated with respect and the assistant I saw was very friendly and I was offered a drink. Very satisfied.
