Offered a brew which I accepted and very helpful staff giving us all options and took into account my price range.

As I walked in a lady was so kind and was very helpful. I told her my budget and she was so good with helping me to find something in my range. She also helped with finding me other options that might suit me better.

Your representative, Steven, couldn't have been more helpful or patient with us! He was so helpful in the recommendation of which mattresses to buy but also left us to peruse and come to our own decision. We ended up taking his advice and are very confident that we've made the right choice. He was also very helpful when we were being indecisive on the beds we originally went to buy and what we actually ended up buying!

The staff at the Eastleigh store really knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole purchase journey smooth. Special mention to Rob who was very knowledgable about the products and very helpful from start to finish.

I have always used Dreams and have never been disappointed. On this visit, it was no different. The salesman and the Manager were helpful beyond belief and very friendly and understanding of our needs.

The assistant was friendly helpful with out being pushy. He helped me find the right mattress to suit my needs and was very patient. By using the computer system James of Dreams was able to quickly identify the mattresses that best matched my mothers needs and resulted in her being able to make an informed choice. My mother is disabled having suffered stroke and was dreading the process of buying a new mattress but everything worked beautifully for her - level access, loo on the ground floor, charming and helpful salesman, very good British made products She had nothing but praise for your store which I echo!! Well done Dreams!!
