On entering the store we were not bombarded with offers of assistance, greeted politely and allowed to browse which was welcomed. My partner asked for assistance and Nicky was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our whole experience on our visit was exceptional, my partner loves to joke about a bit and bargain for a good deal (to my annoyance at times!), Nicky was a gem, a jewel in your crown at Dreams Chandlers Ford and we can't wait for our new bed to be delivered x

From entering the showroom we were greeted by a wonderful member of staff. He was really knowledgeable, patient, knowing, accommodating & friendly. We definitely won't hesitate in recommending this store to our family & friends. We went in the store earlier in the week to have a look around & when we went back yesterday the member of staff remembered what bed we liked.
