Dreams - Eastleigh

We were quickly greeted upon arriving in Dreams's Eastleigh store, and were offered drinks/refreshments. Katie was very helpful, after using the sleep analysis machine she showed us 4 different mattress types that matched my sleeping style. After trying each mattress briefly, she left us alone to allow us to try each mattress without feeling pressured to buy quickly, which I really appreciated. 3 of the 4 mattresses were all very close to each other in terms of comfort, so my choice ended up being down to the price. Katie was very knowledgeable and also provided advice regarding mattress toppers and pillow types.

Nicky who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, she showed us lots of different options and was also great with my children.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our experience was good and we were helped with all our questions. We purchased the items we needed and assisted with an issue with a previous purchase as well.

Card staff were welcoming, asked what I was looking for, gave informed advice and then left me the space to try the mattress without hurrying or pressure asking me to let him know if I needed more help.

Nicky from the Eastleigh store was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, encouraging and polite throughout. She set us up on the digital bed scanner and from there gave there gave us great all around service.

Robert knew his business, we used the test bed and were shown a variety of mattresses to suit our requirements and the details explained clearly and in an easy to understand way. I cannot compliment Robert and your staff highly enough for the time they took over our choice.
