Nicky took time to understand what I was looking for She was knowledgeable about the products and did not use a pushy sales technique ( which would not have made me buy )

from the moment we walked into the store the staff there were very happy to help. They asked questions to find out what we was looking for and put us on this bed simulator so we could find the perfect mattress. Then once we knew what we wanted Katie showed us the different versions of it, giving us plenty of choice and options. When it come to paying, we was given options on the amount we wanted to deposit and given in full details how and when the payments will come out. This is the second mattress ive brought from this store and both times the service has been amazing.

The personal at dreams were more than inviting when we came into the store, drinks we're offered on arrival & no pressure was put upon us to make a quick decision at any time. We liked the part that we were shown the beds that suited us & then left alone for us to talk about the product between ourselves. The staff had all been friendly even the one's not dealing with us, thankyou!

Over all very good however it did feel a little bit pushy about the protection plan etc

Team seemed a little disjointed with their interractions. Our sales rep was asking for guidance through the order process but they were a little reluctant, some of the discussions in front of a customer would be classed as a little close to the line for some i feel

Although the colleague rang to advise of a bank holiday deal, there was no more real flexibility in the price. I was charged extra for cloud/cooltouch pillows, despite the bank holiday deal including 2 free pillows, which was not initially made clear would be the case. We were also sold a mattess protector on the basis that it would extend the guarantee on the mattress to 3 years, this it appears is not the caee also. Although the colleague was very friendly and helpful, I feel I was mislead, missold and didnt get the best price possible.

Not knowing a exact delivery date but it’s couldn’t be helped and was explained why
