The person that helped us was extremely friendly, demonstrated a strong knowledge and made us great products recommendations. We had a great experience thanks to her.

I had looked on many websites and shops for the right beds. The sales assistant, Mona, was so friendly and when I explained what I was looking for, she took us straight to the mattresses I eventually. I'm really happy I found great mattresses at the right price. Very impressed with Mona, who swiftly got me exactly the right delivery date I needed, and sorted me out with new pillows too. Really good experience all round, great sales assistant who knew her stuff... I'm very excited to getting the new mattresses next week.

Jonathan, was very friendly and polite. I felt that he was versed in the product so I felt that I could trust his advice. His assistant a young lady was also very helpful, she welcomed us and when questions were asked if she was unsure she would speak to her superior.

The sales assistant was very helpful and listen and answered all my questions, The sales assistant spent time telling me the difference between the different types of mattresses and beds. She was a credit to dreams stores , and her customer service was faultless,
